Our Story
We live in Tampa Bay Florida and love the water and shore. However, getting away with the bike and enjoying the many sights posed a problem. We needed to pack light for everything to fit on the bike.

After paying close to $500.00 for a weekend stay in a standard room at a Day's Inn at one of the annual bike rallies, we took advantage of using Dad's 2004 Roadtrek Popular 190 for our 1st camping trip.

It wasn't until our 2nd trip to Daytona Beach that we got hooked. We started to meet such a variety of people and had so much fun that we started looking for a used camper that I could pull with my little truck.

I was looking day in and day out on eBay and in the local trader magazines for something inexpensive that we could use and call our own to continue enjoy about 3 times a year.

We had a dream trip planned in 2006 to go to Washington DC for a bike rally called Rolling Thunder on Memorial Day. We took the Roadtrek, and were overwhelmed with the bikes and memories of our servicemen lost and forgotten.

The trip to Cherry Hill RV Park in Maryland was awesome to say in the least. This park was the best we have not only seen, but ever heard about. 2 pools, Jacuzzi, game rooms, inside and outside cafe, night time movies outdoors with snack stand, fitness center, laundry facilities, propane refills, cable tv, mini-golf, onsite fire rings, pet walks,  30 and 50 amp service, RV/tent camping for up to 45' trailers, something like 400+ full hook up sites in a gated access, public transportation from the main gate and it's all family owned and operated! This place is going to be hard to beat! If you are planning to stay in or near Washington, DC or in Maryland, you must check this place out.

Upon our return home, my wife saw a great looking camper on ebay. I saw the same one  but thought it was a lot more than we wanted to spend, so I didn't even mention it to her. A few days later we were talking and she showed me what she had found. I told her I liked it but didn't say anything to her when I saw the same one. We made a call to Marci at Lakeshore RV in Michigan and she set us up with a great package deal plus delivery. It arrived about 2 weeks later.
