Stabilizer Crank Socket

It is a lot easier to use a cordless drill with a 3/8" chuck to crank down the stabilizer stands than it was to use that big wrench that came with the trailer. This socket is a one piece (to prevent a weld from breaking) steel socket with grooves to grip in the check better and it is durable enough to withstand some abuse. This socket is 100% hand crafted in the US. It is a perfect fit for my Black & Decker Fire Storm cordless drill (not included) and makes it easy enough that my wife can now help with our set up and break down of camp. I believe the standard stabilizer jacks on our Outback are made by Atwood and they look like the last picture shown above. (Click on pictures to see larger view.)

If you are interested in one of these sockets (drill NOT included), time and materials totals $20.00. Priority mail with tracking number is $7.50.
